A special event always starts with the perfect venue. The General Society Building, a registered landmark and the oldest education venue in the city of New York, was designed by Lamb and Rich and constructed originally as the Berkeley School for Boys. 20 West 44th Street was acquired by The General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen in 1899.
Your special event deserves all the elegance and gravitas the General Society Building has to offer. Whether it's a seminar, class, meeting, banquet, reception, photo or film shoot, make the occasion unforgettable at 20 West 44th Street.
Download our flyer here, and call Clinton Blume at (212)840-1840 today, or email him at clinton@generalsociety.org, to make sure your next special event has its place in history!
